Elizabeth has been researching and writing family history, local history and various index projects since 1985.

 

Publications include:

• Journey to a New Life…the story of the ships Emu in 1812 and the Broxbornebury in 1814
• Taylors of Tarana...Family history from Cornwall (UK) to the Lithgow district (NSW)
• Queensland: Family History Researchers Guide
• Index to the Historical Records of Australia 1788-1848; Earliest Pubs in Sydney CBD & Outer Sydney 1788-1848 Volume 1 and her latest publication (October 2010)
• Earliest Pubs in Sydney CBD & Outer Sydney 1849-1875 Volume 2.

 

She has also written several books on her family genealogy and is currently working on three projects: Volume 3 of the Sydney pubs index (1876-1900), a book of biographies of the first 500 railway workers in NSW as well as a list of all railway deaths in NSW from 1853-2010.
